Privacy Policy
Launch placeholder based on Vendr's Phase 2 compliance specification.
LEGAL PLACEHOLDER: This content must be replaced by lawyer-reviewed final legal text before production launch.
Information collected
Vendr may collect agent account information such as name, email address, login/session data, billing status, business details, and support communications.
Agents may upload or enter owner and property information, including names, property addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, follow-ups, consent records, interaction history, market updates, appraisals, and proposals.
How information is used
Vendr uses information to provide the prospecting CRM, store property and owner records, support imports and exports, manage follow-ups, send requested account emails, operate billing, secure the service, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
For Phase 2 sending, owner information is used only to run the agent's prospecting workflow and send owner-facing content where the agent has instructed Vendr to do so.
Service providers
Vendr may use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, storage, backups, SMTP/email delivery, Stripe billing, support tooling, and optional AI-assisted features. Vendr does not sell owner personal information.
Some providers may process information outside Australia. Final provider details and overseas disclosure language must be confirmed before launch.
Security
Vendr uses authenticated sessions, password hashing, HTTPS in production, app-layer tenant isolation, access controls, backups, and operational controls designed to protect personal information.
Owner personal information should not be written to logs except where strictly required for security, audit, or compliance purposes.
Access and correction
Agents can access, correct, export, and request deletion of their Vendr data. Owners may ask the relevant agent, or Vendr where appropriate, for access, correction, unsubscribe, or deletion assistance.
The agent is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and contact owners in their database. Vendr provides tooling and processes owner data on the agent's instructions.
Unsubscribe
Commercial electronic messages sent through Vendr must include accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are honoured by withdrawing email consent and suppressing the owner from future sends through Vendr.
Contact
